    Will NEVER return.. Spoke to owner Maria , about my hair being over processed from a hi-lites. She offered me to return but canceled the appointment while I was on my way there already! Never called back to follow up with me… The guy (colourist) said he was in business for 20 years .. He should have know better.. I was in shock to see my hair falling out in such chunks, it’s been 8 months and I am still in tears at times..the texture of my hair is very fragile and break off easily in spite on using expensive hair mask. I even had to pay almost 60$ as I got a deal! ( what a deal huh!) .. At least I should have gotten my money back and some sort to compensation for totally destroying my hair.

    Overall great experience…such a friendly staff. Great color tech in Tony and the young lady that applied my color. Very clean salon too, I will definitely be back!!

    I went to Follicles in June armed with a voucher from Dealfind for a cut, partial highlights, and a manicure. I had my hair done by Tony, who gave me a fabulous cut and highlights, which still look great four months later, although I do need a trim.:) When my hair was done, I asked about getting my nails done and was told by a gentleman, who I suspect was the owner, that I had not made an appointment for a manicure and under the terms of the voucher, that had to be specified at the time the appointment was made or else I had to forfeit it. I argued with him about this since I had told the person doing the booking that I was entitled to a manicure as well. The entire time I was there, the esthestician was not doing anything, just sweeping the floor and generally tidying up. There was no reason why she could not have done my nails. In light of this, despite Tony’s wonderful work, I would not go back there because of the other staff’s attitude.
