I have been seeing Gina for about a year now. She is fantastic! She really analyzes your face and personality before making recommendations. The hair cuts are of excellent quality and her sense of colour is a real bonus.
I went here for the first time tonight and I left almost in tears. The woman who did my hair really did try but my gosh it was terrible. My bangs are half way up my forehead. Before tonight I never told a hair stylist that I didn’t like what they did to my hair, even if that was how I felt. Today I was so disappointed I couldn’t contain it. I had to go straight to shoppers drug mart in the mall to buy clips to hold my hair back. She did a good job with the hair colour but my god the hair cut is absolutely horrible. I also noticed that instead of turning away clients when they are busy they just rush though the clients that they have.
I went to see Gina based on the first review above and I have to say, she was amazing!!!
First of all, I was planning to leave my two kids with the child minding centre, but they wouldn’t take my youngest who was younger than the minimum age. I was about to cancel my appointment, but Gina set my mind at ease saying she could still do my hair while I held the baby. She did just that and gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in years! Thanks Gina for being so patient!
went here once. cut was quite pretty. but i felt kind of ridiculed by the man who cut it, he kept remarking “OH MYGOSH ITS SOO THIN” with this like.. face.. it made me feel sad. like i know my hair is thin bro, its YOUR job to make it look like its NOT THIN. duh.
after all, i got a pretty cut. but still. better bedside [chairside] manner.
don’t get waxed there or at the other salon in the mall unless the old lady is gone.
