First time going here. Good hair cut. Good price ($25 with tax- men).
Only got a cut so don’t trust my rating on the other things.
Went to the barbers shop in fairview and saw Oliver and he was great. Ive been looking for a good barber for a while and this guy really knows what he’s doing.
poor cut-gave me a bob when I brought in a photo of a layered cut. looked nothing like the picture. think the hairdresser does not know how to layer and will not admit it. i look like little bo peep. the station was dirty and the hairdresser answered her phone during the haircut for a non emergency personal call. brutal!
Great haircut. The hairstylist did a great number 2 taper cut around the back and sides and cut the top to allow me to spike my hair up. Honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. I use to go to black barbershops and they do a great job with fades and lineups but I could never get the proper cut for the top of my head. 25$ plus I threw in a tip. I will go back! She even washed and styled my hair after. Not many shops Ive been to provide that luxury.
HORRIBLE, I nearly want to cry looking at the abomination that is now my head. Went in for a short on the sides and scissors on the top. Most of the cut was going smooth until I asked her to touch-up the hairline and the boxes on the side (not the sideburns, above them).
The lady completely annihilated them! Rather than just forming a line, she ended up shaving most of the hair in the area off. As she tried to fix it, she only made it worse. Then, she called in a male who “specializes” in lineups and he pretty much shaved it even more off.
Despite explaining my concern in a calm manner, I was given no apology, much less any compensation. If you want to get the front of your head lined-up or looking crisp/neat, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE AND GO TO A REAL BARBER.
Oliver did a great haircut but too bad he is no longer around.
