I should have left when I heard the owner/stylist speak abruptly on the phone to another customer. Her chair side manner is unsettling. I found it hard to not make a simple decision for a colour of lowlights a Into a confrontation. Then she gave me one of the worst hair cuts ever by another hair dresser who likes to talk as if she knows everything but leaves your hair in an uneven mess. How hard is it to make each side the same length? When they get out the thinning shears to disguise a bad haircut in your all ready thin hair, you know you are in trouble.
Also, when I say that modeling paste turns greasy on me, please don’t attempt to tell me that yours is different. And when I say that my hair is thin, straight and hard to hold, please don’t use a minimum of not as good product as I found and tell me you prefer to use your not as good hairspray to make a style hold. And when I ask for a piecey, shattered type of hair do, don’t turn my hair into a straight helmet. Perhaps if the owner hadn’t have been
running around solving other problems with spa services, she could have done a better job.
