Professional, but braids came out horrible. Refused to give a refund after expressing that I was unhappy with the result. Price was way too expensive considering she was not able to even complete the style, she was not able to braid the back because it was “too short” however I have had it braided by people who are not even hairdressers that have not had any issue with the back of my head. Will not return there, very disappointed.
