I’ve been there 3 times, twice they were very helpful and patient with my son, but they were not very accommodating for a walk-in appointment. I walked in for a quick haircut for my son and there wasn’t a single customer on the place. I Asked if they could take us quickly and they said they were booked solid and they couldn’t do it. From a business perspective that does not benefit your salon you should serve the client who is in front of you, not the one who potentially may show up late or not at all
